Is your product difficult to install?
No! You can easily install it in the paper towel dispenser. We include an instruction sheet with each order to explain the installation.
Will I damage my dispenser?
No, the adapters maintain the dispenser’s performance and integrity. You can remove the adapters without affecting the dispenser.
Do I need to install with adhesive?
Adhesive dots come with your purchase. Some adapters don’t require adhesive. Test fit the adapter first. If you need adhesive, apply the adhesive dots to the back of the adapter before installing it into the dispenser.
Can the adapters be removed?
Yes! The adapters minimize impact on the dispenser’s operation. You can remove them without affecting the dispenser’s look or function by using a plastic pry tool or small screwdriver to remove the adapters. If you used adhesive, peel off the adhesive dots with your fingers. Rub any remaining adhesive residue lightly with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) until it disappears.
What size paper towel rolls can I use?
Measure the size of paper towel rolls by the number of feet of paper per roll, not by diameter. An 800-foot roll measures roughly 8 inches in diameter. Use a ruler to measure the paper roll diameter and core tube diameter, which might be important depending on your dispenser or the adapter you purchase. The size of the center tube causes issues, as different suppliers use tubes with diameters ranging from 1.5 inches to 2 inches. A larger core tube makes the paper towel roll sit lower in the dispenser, possibly rubbing against parts inside. Larger diameter rolls (800 feet and above) also create friction, preventing the roll from turning properly. Many customers use 700-foot rolls or shorter, with a smaller diameter, to avoid this problem.
Is there a warranty on your product.
