Shipping Info

We ship worldwide to any location serviced by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. For a shipping estimate, simply add the parts you’re interested in to the shopping cart and click “Estimate.” Before the actual payment is required, shipping and price choices will be displayed to you. Your order will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible. Most in-stock orders placed before 3pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Out-of-stock items are generally shipped 2-3 business days after you place your order, but availability varies, so call or email us if you want to be reasonably sure of a delivery date.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping and handling on many individual products and kits. If a particular product qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. Add qualifying merchandise to your shopping bag and free shipping will appear as one of the choices at checkout. This offer is valid for free standard shipping and handling anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States only. Standard shipping and handling charges to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and foreign countries apply. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Not valid on previous purchases or with any other shipping offers or offers that provide discounts on your entire order. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to choose the most cost effective carrier.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS and USPS. We cannot guarantee shipments sent via USPS and cannot reship orders that appear lost/missing through the Post Office.

Please be advised that your country may impose duty, brokerage fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. Our shipping quotes do not include the cost of duties, taxes or brokerage related to customs clearance. These fees are based on your country’s import policy, and may be imposed at the time of delivery in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by TowelJack will be charged to the customer, including fees/taxes on returned items. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

UPS (Within USA)

  • UPS Ground Delivery to most locations within 1-5 business days. Monday – Friday. (See map above)
  • UPS Second Day Air 2 day delivery across the United States by the end of the business day. Monday – Friday.
  • UPS Three Day Select 3 day delivery across the United States by the end of the business day. Monday – Friday.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver Next day delivery by the end of the business day. Monday – Friday.
  • UPS Next Day Air Next day delivery by 12pm for commercial addresses, end of day for residential addresses. Monday – Friday.

UPS (International)

  • UPS Standard Delivery to Canada and Mexico, with average delivery times from 2-6 business days. Shipping quotes are based on orders that are not delayed in customs due to import processing delays. This method of service does NOT include the cost of duties, taxes or brokerage fees related to customs clearance. These fees are charged to the customer at the time of delivery.
  • UPS World Wide Expedited Delivery in 2-5 days for most international locations. Shipping quotes are based on orders that are not delayed in customs due to import processing delays. This method of service does NOT include the cost of duties or taxes related to customs clearance. These fees are charged to the customer at the time of delivery.
  • UPS Express Saver Delivery in 1-3 days for most international locations during the evening hours. Shipping quotes are based on orders that are not delayed in customs due to import processing delays. This method of service does NOT include the cost of duties or taxes related to customs clearance. These fees are charged to the customer at the time of delivery.

FedEx (Within USA)

  • FedEx Ground Delivery to most locations within 1-5 business days. Includes Saturday delivery to most locations. (See map above)
  • FedEx 2 Day Express 2 day delivery before 7pm to most addresses. Does NOT include Saturday delivery.
  • FedEx 2 Day AM Express 2 day delivery before 12pm to most addresses. Does NOT include Saturday delivery.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight Next day delivery before 7pm to most addresses. Does NOT include Saturday delivery.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight Next day delivery before 12pm to most addresses. Does NOT include Saturday delivery.
  • FedEx SmartPost Low-weight, less time-sensitive shipments to residences, P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO destinations. Transit times typically 3 to 8 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.

FedEx (International)

  • FedEx International Priority Delivery to most international locations within 2 business days by 12pm. Shipping quotes and transit times are based on orders that are not delayed in customs due to import processing issues. This method of delivery service does NOT include the cost of duties or taxes.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS (Within USA)

  • Priority Mail Delivery to most addresses and PO boxes in 2-3 business days. Includes Saturday delivery to most locations at no additional cost. Recommended way to ship to all APO/FPO and military bases.
  • Express Mail Delivery to most addresses and PO boxes within 1-2 business days. Includes Saturday delivery to most locations at no additional cost.

USPS (International)

  • Priority Mail International Shipping times may vary by location. This service does NOT guarantee delivery to any country and provides extremely limited tracking availability for all shipments. This shipping method does NOT include brokerage, duty, taxes or any other related import fees.
  • Express Mail International This shipping service guarantees service to Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom and Spain and does not guarantee delivery to any country other than those listed. Shipping times may vary. This services provides extremely limited tracking availability for all shipments. This shipping method does NOT include brokerage, duty, taxes or any other related import fees.
